What's New at Maddocks From 1 June 2008, it will be legal in Australia to buy, sell and trade dot au domain names licences. The Australian dot au domain name regulator .au Domain Administration Limited (auDA) has loosened the restrictions on trading licences for .au domain names - the Australian extension of .com domain names. As long-term legal advisors to auDA, Maddocks advised in relation to the implementation and documentation of the new policy, as well as revising the terms of the standard Australian domain name licence. |
