17 February 2010: Law firm Maddocks has appointed James Schluter as a Senior Associate in its Employment, Safety & People team in Melbourne.
James' practice centres on industrial relations, employment, safety, workers' compensation and discrimination matters and has particular experience in OHS and discrimination matters. He also holds qualifications in microbiology and biochemistry.
James advises a number of clients across a broad variety of industries including government, construction, media, manufacturing and telecommunications.
Before joining Maddocks, James worked in the employee relations practices of Freehills and Holding Redlich and as the Group Health and Safety Manager for APN News & Media – one of Australasia's largest multi-media companies.
