- Advising Watpac Limited group companies on The Luxton and Rue de Chapel mixed use residential and commercial developments in Prahran, Victoria.
- Acting for Coles Group companies on shopping centre and development site acquisitions and disposals, agreements for lease and leases for supermarkets, other stores and distribution centres, portfolio lease advice, redevelopment proposals and retail tenancy law issues.
- Advising Melbourne Water Corporation on the development, subdivision and sale of industrial development sites at Logis Eco-Industrial Park at Dandenong South, Meridian residential development at Dandenong South and Riverwalk residential development at Werribee, as well as its new 'green' head office building in Latrobe Street, Melbourne.
- Acting for Eastbrooke Medical Centres Pty Ltd in relation to the acquisition, development and leasing of various suburban medical centres across Victoria.
- Assisting The Shell Company of Australia Limited with its Victorian petrol station portfolio, industrial sites, pipelines and office premises, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing and lease advice.
- Acting for Ford Motor Company of Australia Limited in relation to the sale and environmental remediation arrangements for its former product testing site at Norlane, Victoria and the former landfill site at Homebush in New South Wales.
- Acting for various funds managed by Charter Hall Group in relation to numerous office, industrial and retail property acquisitions, disposals and leasing, including due diligence, development, co-ownership and joint venture arrangements.
- Assisting Parklea Pty Ltd group companies with the development of a new neighbourhood shopping centre at Officer, Victoria, including the negotiation of major retail tenancies.
- Acting for Orica Limited on the sale and environmental remediation arrangements for its former manufacturing and storage site at Yarraville, Victoria.
