- Acting for Coles Group companies on shopping centre and development site acquisitions and disposals, agreements for lease and leases for supermarkets, other stores and distribution centres, portfolio lease advice, redevelopment proposals and retail tenancy law issues.
- Advising Melbourne Water Corporation on the development, subdivision and sale of industrial development sites at Logis Eco-Industrial Park at Dandenong South, Meridian residential development at Dandenong South and Riverwalk residential development at Werribee, as well as its new 'green' head office building in Latrobe Street, Melbourne.
- Acting for Eastbrooke Medical Centres Pty Ltd in relation to the acquisition, development and leasing of various suburban medical centres across Victoria.
- Assisting The Shell Company of Australia Limited with its Victorian petrol station portfolio, industrial sites, pipelines and office premises, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing and lease advice.
