
Background
Stan leads the NSW Public Law, Planning & Environment Group. He has developed a practice in assessing and advising clients on good design of development proposals which are environmentally sustainable to ensure proper outcomes are realised. He is also responsible for community liaison and representation of local issues for council and applicant clients and plays a key role in the strategic planning for future development of the Local Government areas.

Relevant Experience
- Preparing and commencing injunctive proceedings in the Land and Environment Court seeking various declaratory orders and injunctive relief.
- Appearing as advocate in Class 1, 3, 4 and 5 matters in the Land and Environment Court.
- Project managing the preparation of Development Applications for major developments ensuring that all manner of planning laws are considered at the early design stage to ensure a positive outcome for an applicant.
- Drafting Legal Enforcement Guidelines touching on matters such as Legislative policy and procedure, evidence required for prosecution and the Jurisdiction of the Courts.
