- Acting for vendors/developers on property re-development projects.
- Acting for vendor/purchasers in sales/acquisition of major property assets, drafting documentation and advising clients on issues arising in respect of numerous methods of property disposal.
- Advising on expressions of interest, sale by tender, concurrent negotiations, private treaty; drafting contracts of sale for Crown land and commercial leasing and Crown land leasing/licensing.
- Advising property developers in the sale of major subdivisions. Clients include local government, corporates, developers and private investors.
- Acting for local government in respect of property redevelopments projects which involves negotiating and drafting contract documentation for the acquisition and disposition of property and leasing transactions. Also providing strategic advice to councils throughout this process.
