Recent Experience

  • Advising Archer Capital in 2011 on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Team Moto dealership business, and in 2010 on its acquisition of a majority stake in Fuelfix
  • In 2010, advising Living Social Inc on its investment by controlling stake in Jump On It, a daily deals aggregator
  • Since 2007, advising the Deluxe Group on its acquisitions of various businesses in Australia
  • Since 2003, advising Petbarn on its acquisition of several chains of stores across Australia's eastern sea-board
  • Advising the Moraitis Group on various acquisitions, joint venture agreements and general commercial issues
  • Advising on an IPO and subsequent ASX Listing of a small market cap biotech company
  • Advising on a placement for a ASX listed company providing services to the resources sector
  • The re-structure of a major Australian based retail group
  • Assisting an international retailer of childrens products on general compliance issues in Australia, particularly around consumer law and product safety
