Natalie has practised in energy and resources law since 2002.
Her practice includes operational and project specific transactions relevant to the oil and gas sector.
Having practiced in both Australia and the European Union, she is familiar with a wide variety of deal structures and contracting approaches. Natalie has a strong affinity and understanding of the energy and resources sector developed through her experience as an in-house lawyer with an international oil and gas exploration company.
Natalie's clients include small and mid-cap oil and gas (including CSG) exploration, production and development companies and service companies.
