Following on from our last update, where we examined the proposed introduction of the short-form PDS for superannuation products, the Regulations introducing the short-form PDS have now commenced.
With the exception of limited circumstances, once the transition period expires, all PDSs for superannuation products will need to meet the short-form PDS requirements.
