Assisting Overseas Clients
We provide our international client base with a full range of legal services, and work in conjunction with our clients' other advisers to ensure that all of their needs are met.
Specific services for foreign investors in Australia include:

- Establishing and structuring clients' Australian investments in a tax effective manner; guiding clients through the regulatory and Government approval process
We are also happy to assist in the organisation and management of investor feasibility missions. We are typically engaged in the early stages of a transaction or a project. This enables us to provide a strong practical context for our legal advice.
Where appropriate, we work closely with Invest Australia (the Australian Government's inward investment agency) and the Foreign Investment Review Board, to facilitate an investment solution that meets our client's business objectives.
