UDIA Awards for Excellence 2018
The use of the Maddocks eContracts platform in the Woodlea project in Melbourne’s west won the Consultant’s Award at the UDIA Awards for Excellence 2018 on 7 December.
Woodlea needed a tailored platform that would handle the large volumes of sales required in such a project. Moving from paper to Maddocks eContracts also aligned with Woodlea’s vision of being state of the art in providing a digital experience for their customers.
The challenge was to create an accurate, efficient and secure online document platform that reduced paper use, specially for the property development industry. Maddocks eContracts allows developers, real estate agents and property buyers to sign contracts quickly and securely, significantly reducing the time previously required to print and send paper contracts from weeks to hours.
