Championing a Diverse Workforce
Maddocks Pride promotes acceptance and belonging for our LGBTIQ staff and allies.
The group’s objectives are to create and maintain an environment where all of our people can bring their whole selves to work, regardless of their gender or sexual identity.
Starting in 2016, Maddocks Pride has championed a raft of positive changes across the firm, such as introducing gender neutral policy language.
Maddocks Pride also fundraises for causes including Minus18 and the National LGBTIQ Health Alliance through various staff fundraising social events. It also holds events with LGBTIQ support groups belonging to our clients and other private and public sector organisations.
