Maddocks Pride

We believe people perform better when they can bring their whole self to work. Maddocks Pride aims to promote a sense of acceptance and belonging to LGBTI staff and partners at Maddocks.

The Maddocks Pride initiative was launched in 2016 after Maddocks became a member of Pride in Diversity.

Maddocks Pride’s objectives are to encourage and support the LGBTI members of the Maddocks family by:

  • creating and maintaining an environment where all Maddocks partners and staff can bring their whole selves to work regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation and
  • providing business development and networking opportunities to develop their professional relationships both externally and internally, and to engage with the broader community.

Maddocks Pride is governed by a committee of employees and partners within Maddocks and supports the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and management, which drive our inclusion programs and training.

Maddocks Pride hosts a number of events each year, some of which have a charitable aspect. Through Maddocks Pride events, the firm has donated to worthy causes such as Minus18 and the National LGBTI Health Alliance.

If you have any questions regarding upcoming events, please contact the Committee Chair Alicia Albury.
