The Maddocks team advised SLS on the financing of the Landmark Quarter residential development on the Sydney Harbour. The financing was provided by various funds managed by PAG.
Maddocks was involved in reviewing and settling all Facility documentation including a Loan Note Subscription Agreement (to deal with Australian interest withholding tax issues), a full security package, a builder’s side deed with the builder and subordination arrangements.

The Maddocks team advised on the funding for the acquisition of the landmark Sirius Building located on Sydney Harbour with additional facilities for the proposed updates to be made to the building as part of its redevelopment. The facilities were provided by Austreo Ventures Pty Ltd (a Goldman Sachs entity).
The Maddocks team subsequently advised Sirius Developments Pty Ltd in relation to additional mezzanine facilities for the development provided by MaxCap.
