Chambers Public Procurement & Government Contracts 2018

The latest edition of the Chambers Public Procurement & Government Contracts 2018 has been released.

Maddocks authored the Australian chapter of the Guide. Canberra partners Anthony Willis, Caroline Atkins, Simonetta Astolfi and Gavan Mackenzie provided the sections relating to the Commonwealth Government, while partners Jeff Goodall and James Smart wrote the sections relating to State Governments.

The chapter draws on our experience advising both Commonwealth and State Government agencies, and entities dealing with them, on a wide range of government procurement and contracting matters.

The chapter covers a range of procurement and contract topics, including:

  • The contract award process
  • The post-award process
  • Review procedures
