National law firm Maddocks has been named in a number of categories in legal publication Australasian Lawyer's Employer of Choice Survey for 2014. The firm has been recognised as the Gold Medal Winner overall  Employer of  Choice for Australian firms greater than 500 employees.

The survey, conducted by Australasian Lawyer, is a confidential employee survey that is designed to find out how Australia’s law firms are performing across areas like remuneration, career development and employee wellbeing.

Maddocks' CEO Michelle Dixon offers, "I’ve observed the impressive growth journey of Maddocks for almost 20 years – the core values and connectedness of our people have only strengthened in this time. Being acknowledged as the overall Employer of Choice in our category affirms that we're tracking well to achieve our aim to make Maddocks a great place to work.”

Pitted against a bourgeoning group of leading Australian and New Zealand legal firms, Maddocks also took out the following individual categories for firms with more than 500 employees: Training and Professional Development, Gender Equality, Culture and Engagement, Work Life Balance and Support for Wellbeing.
