Maddocks' CEO Michelle Dixon offers, "I’ve observed the impressive growth journey of Maddocks for almost 20 years – the core values and connectedness of our people have only strengthened in this time. Being acknowledged as the overall Employer of Choice in our category affirms that we're tracking well to achieve our aim to make Maddocks a great place to work.”
