Maddocks has advised OSK Property on its landmark multi-use development, Melbourne Square

Maddocks advised OSK Property on its procurement strategy for Melbourne Square – a $2.8 billion landmark development on a prime 5-acre site in Southbank that, once built, will comprise approximately 2,600 residential apartments, a hotel, supermarket, retail precinct and commercial offices.

One of the largest projects of its kind ever undertaken in Victoria, Melbourne Square is set to include six towers that will have up to 72 floors.

Our team prepared and advised on a suite of consultancy agreements for the first stage of the development, including those relating to the engagement of the key designers, architects and engineers of the project.

We have advised on the appointment and novation of key consultants whose services contribute to the design of the first stage of the development, in which construction commenced at the end of 2017.
