Camp Australia, which was established in 1987, provides care programs to students at more than 700 schools around Australia.
The deal was closed in February 2017 after a competitive bid process.
The core Maddocks team was led by partners Damien Wurzel, Ron Smooker and Catherine Debreceny and included senior associate Amanda Jones and associates Jacqueline Picone and Steven Tang.
The Maddocks M&A team specialises in founder and sponsor exits, including via execution of competitive bid processes.
