Maddocks partner and Practice Group Head Paul Woods said Andrew's appointment would bolster the firm's Construction & Projects team and its offering to infrastructure clients.
'Very few lawyers have the track record Andrew has in this field,' Paul said.
'Andrew has advised consortia and contractors on game-changing projects and his breadth of experience and expertise will be of huge value to our clients.'
Maddocks CEO Michelle Dixon said Andrew's appointment was a great one for the firm.
