Maddocks has advised MessageMedia on its acquisition of messaging solutions company MessageNet from leading Australian marketing services company Salmat.
The $14.8 million deal will see MessageMedia, one of Australia’s leading providers of business messaging products, complete the acquisition of MessageNet on 29 December 2017.
The Maddocks team working with MessageMedia was led by partner Catherine Debreceney and senior associate Paul Ellis.
Maddocks assisted MessageMedia with negotiating the terms of the acquisition, the structure of the transaction, due diligence and will assist with transaction completion.
