Maddocks advises BWX on acquisition of Flora and Fauna
Maddocks has advised ASX-listed wellness business BWX on its acquisition of Flora & Fauna, a leading Australian online retail platform focused on vegan, ethical and sustainable products.
Flora & Fauna will operate alongside BWX’s e-commerce business, Nourished Life.
The Founder and CEO of Flora & Fauna, Julie Mathers, and her entire team will be joining BWX.
The Maddocks Corporate team advising on the acquisition was led by partner Damien Wurzel and senior associate Steven Tang and assisted by lawyer Cassandra Charlaftis.
