The strategic acquisition sees Generic Health gain access to Southern Cross Pharma’s portfolio of more than 60 currently registered products developed over the past 20 years.

Maddocks worked in close collaboration with Lupin legal’s in-house team in Mumbai. Lupin was also advised on the transaction by Deloitte on financial and taxation matters. Southern Cross Pharma was advised by Rankin Business Lawyers and by Morrows Pty Ltd.
