Maddocks advises on engineering technology IPO and listing
Maddocks has advised UK-based SRJ Technologies Group plc on its initial public offering (IPO) of CHESS Depositary Interests and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange which was underwritten by Morgans Corporate Limited.
SRJ Technologies Group is an engineering technology company incorporated in Jersey with offices in Australia and the UK. The company specialises the design and supply of weld-free products for pipe repair and replacement primarily to the oil and gas markets.
SRJ Technologies was scheduled to list on ASX on 18 September 2020.
The Maddocks team on the matter was partner Catherine Merity, special counsel Rosamond Sayer and lawyer Jordan Reid.
