Maddocks advises Revasum on latest capital raising
Maddocks has assisted US-based tech company Revasum on its A$7.9 million capital raising. Revasum designs and manufactures processing equipment for use in the fast growing semi-conductor market.
The capital raising, announced on 1 February, was by way of a 1 for 3.5 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer, comprising an accelerated institutional entitlement offer and a retail entitlement offer. The offer was underwritten by Shaw and Partners.
This matter is the latest in which Maddocks has assisted Revasum. Maddocks advised the company on its ASX listing and A$30 million initial public offering in 2018 and continues to build on the experience of Maddocks Equity Capital Markets team on capital raising for technology clients, including Brainchip, Atomos, Pivotal Systems and Audinate over the last year.
The Maddocks team on the latest capital raising was partner Catherine Merity, special counsel Rosamond Sayer and lawyer Millie Crighton.
