Maddocks appoints special counsel to healthcare team
Maddocks has appointed Francine Kinkade as a special counsel in the firm’s healthcare team.
Francine
is an experienced M&A lawyer with a wealth of experience in acquisitions,
divestments, investments and joint ventures for corporate, private equity and
government clients.
Along with extensive experience in healthcare transactions,
she advises clients in the education, consumer goods and technology sectors.
Her experience includes advising on complex domestic and cross-border
transactions in Australia and the United Kingdom, as well as advising clients
on corporate governance, commercial contracting and compliance matters.
Francine has also
undertaken two client secondments and is passionate about using her skills to
support organisations making a difference to our community, including through
pro bono work.
She joins Maddocks from Herbert Smith Freehills and will begin with the firm on 16 August.
Maddocks partner and healthcare sector leader Lucille Scomazzon welcomed Francine to the firm.
