Maddocks welcomes its newest Partner in Employment, Safety and People, Olivia Hillier, in Sydney

Maddocks announced today that Olivia Hillier will be joining its Sydney office as a Partner in the Employment Practice.

Olivia rejoins the firm after more than a decade of practicing at a number of large national firms, as well as in-house at one of Australia’s largest employers, Commonwealth Bank.

Olivia has built a significant reputation acting in contentious and non-contentious matters across employment law with an emphasis on discrimination, corporate/M&A transactions, industrial relations and WHS, as well as investigations and remuneration and benefits law.

Commenting on the appointment, Maddocks CEO David Newman said: “Olivia’s appointment will strengthen the firm’s focus on employment and WHS law, providing our clients with access to her deep knowledge and expertise across this rapidly changing area of law.
