National Energy Regulation Handbook
The national energy regime is complex. The key legislation comprises more than 2700 pages and is highly technical in its language and subject matter. The regime also has a broad impact on household and business energy consumers.

With this in mind, Maddocks and Energy Consumers Australia have produced the National Energy Regulation Handbook. The purpose of the handbook is to act as a roadmap to the national energy regime, with a particular focus on the main governing legislation.
The National Energy Regulation Handbook aims to equip the reader with a working knowledge of energy regulation as they operate in Australia, so as to provide a meaningful understanding of the regime and a starting point for more detailed advocacy and analysis.
