Partnering with growing businesses
We have worked closely with a leader in the Australian organic health food market
Flannerys is taking more and more market share in the rapidly growing Australian organic health food market.
Maddocks has worked closely with Flannerys since they entered the market in December 2015, including advising on their flagship acquisition of the Flannerys organic food supermarket business in south-east Queensland, and on several bolt-on single store and multi store acquisitions across both NSW and Queensland, since then.
The work we have done with the Flannerys team covers providing franchise, property and corporate advice.
Our team on these matters was led by Corporate & Commercial partner Duncan Hall and included partner Greg Hipwell, and senior associates Bernardo Wood and Libby Stary.
