Mike Steell has joined Maddocks as a special counsel in the firm’s Property team.
Mike joins Maddocks from Clarendon Lawyers, where he was a director. Before that, he worked in the Sydney offices of HWL Ebsworth and Gadens. He has started at Maddocks and will be based in the firm’s Melbourne office.
He brings to Maddocks extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use property development (strata and land subdivisions) and commercial, industrial and retail leasing.
Head of the Victorian Property team Marine Nincevic said Mike is a perfect fit for one of Australia’s leading property legal teams.
