About Amanda

Amanda has a broad practice spanning most types of commercial disputes, including contract, misleading or deceptive conduct, Corporations Act and Australian Consumer Law claims. She also assists clients involved in investigations and enquiries, including Royal Commissions and inquests.

In addition to acting in cases in the superior courts, Amanda utilises her experience with confidential expert determination processes and various forms of alternative dispute resolution to achieve timely and cost effective resolution of her clients’ legal issues. In her prior roles, Amanda gained expertise in acting for financial services and federal government entities in investigations and litigious matters, including contract disputes, negligence claims and misleading or deceptive conduct matters.
