Cath provides a broad range of corporate and commercial advice and works with portfolio and private companies on day-to-day commercial requirements, as well as critical and commercially sensitive transactions where the client it is making a key acquisition or divestment.
Cath's clients include founders and owners, start-ups, listed public companies, multinational groups, Australian subsidiaries of multinational groups and privately held Australian companies.
