Elise advises telecommunications and technology clients on all aspects of the Telecommunications Act and related instruments. She is a specialist in telecommunications regulatory and competition and consumer issues and has coordinated large institutional responses to investigations by the ACCC and the ACMA. Elise also advises vendors on significant federal government tenders for procurement of technology and telecommunications industry services; drafting and negotiating complex data transactions; sponsorship arrangements; and advising on all aspects of e-marketing and content issues.

    Drafting and negotiating contracts for multi-vendor outsourcing model for onshore and offshore contact centre operations.

    Co-ordinating cross business unit responses to ACCC and ACMA investigations re competition law and telecommunications regulatory compliance matters and including data security incidents involving privacy and data breach advice and liaison with the OAIC.
