Elizabeth specialises in advising clients in the healthcare, aged care, retirement living and disability sectors. She has advised a range of participants in these sectors including private equity investors, listed companies, not-for-profit organisations, acquirers, sellers, operators and government.
Elizabeth has worked on a number of complex and innovative transactions for clients in the healthcare and aged care sectors. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, corporations law, corporate and clinical governance, strategic contracting, healthcare regulation, privacy and data protection.
Elizabeth is an Australian qualified lawyer who has practised in both Australia and Singapore.
