About Erin
Erin advises clients on a range of administrative law and regulatory matters. Erin has over 15 years experience in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors.
Erin has gained a strong background in litigation and investigations across Australia and England, having worked on international human rights cases, immigration judicial review cases, regulatory investigations in financial services and consumer protection, and compliance remediation projects.
She has experience in running public law and commercial litigation, and initiating and responding to regulatory investigations.
Erin works with clients across both the public and private sector, including Commonwealth government agencies and multi-national companies.
Erin enjoys developing relationships with clients to understand their challenges, and provides strategic and practical advice to resolve contentious matters.
Erin is admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, the High Court of Australia, and in England and Wales. She holds a Masters in International Law from University College London.
She has training and experience as a senior legal project manager, and regularly integrates project management principles and technology into her team’s delivery of legal services.

Advising government clients in complex, high-profile litigation before domestic and international courts, including briefing ministers and instructing senior counsel at hearings.

Managing banks’ responses to investigations by the UK FCA, ASIC and AFCA.

Initiating consumer enforcement investigations, including managing teams, briefing directors and writing reports.

Advising government departments on policy development, judicial review applications and merits review applications. Clients include National Disability Insurance Agency (before the Administrative Review Tribunal), Ministry of Justice (before the Court of Justice of the European Union) and UK home Office (before the High Court of England and Wales).
