As a skilled litigator, Frances has extensive experience advising government and corporate organisations in building regulation advice, litigation and prosecutions in all areas of construction and projects. Frances has advised on combustible cladding compliance issues, protection works disputes, BCA and Building Act compliance issues. She has acted for government authorities and corporate entities before the Building Appeals Board and regularly appears as counsel assisting the Architects Tribunal in disciplinary inquiries.
