About Joe

Joe is a property lawyer who advises local and State government bodies and private companies and individuals in the following areas: acquisitions, dispositions and land exchanges (including associated due diligence reports), creation and removal of easements (including negotiation of rights and advice on memoranda of common provisions), subdivisions and consolidations (including not-in-common-ownership (NICO) subdivisions), leasing and licensing (including Crown land, bespoke or specialised leases (for example, kindergartens, scout halls)), preparation of precedent document suites (including commercial and local government community leases and licences and hire agreements), road discontinuances and deviations, preparation and review of expressions of interest and tenders, and compulsory acquisition. Joe has experience in preparing complex advice to clients in the above areas.
