About Jonina

Jonina is a property lawyer who specialises in all aspects of commercial, retail and telecommunications leasing. Jonina also has extensive experience in general property work including the sale and purchase of commercial, retail, residential and rural properties in NSW, off the plan developments, put and call option agreements, easements and strata management documentation.

Jonina also works closely with both internal and external corporate and commercial teams to provide property advice on renewable energy projects and large company sales, acquisitions and restructures.

  Acting on the development and off-the-plan sale of apartments at the Landmark site at St Leonards, NSW.

  Acting on the acquisition of a $30m development site sold by a Receiver vendor including initial due diligence, exchange and settlement of receiver sale, termination of existing strata scheme application and preparation of off-the-plan contracts for final development following acquisition.
