Katherine is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in the health and life science sector.
Katherine has extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, corporate advisory work, general commercial matters (including contracting), and regulatory compliance matters (including in respect of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth), various state poisons acts, the ACL and privacy laws).
Katherine specialises in advising clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical technology, aged care, retirement living and disability sectors. She has a particular interest in the digital health and medtech space, and helping clients understand the unique set of legal and regulatory challenges businesses face in this sector.
Katherine’s experience includes advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions having practised in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, as well as advising clients on corporate governance, commercial contracting and compliance matters.
