About Krissy

Krissy is a commercial and probity lawyer who advises Commonwealth government departments and agencies in relation to major procurements and grant programs.

Krissy has extensive experience in drafting contracts for the Commonwealth (including the ASDEFCON suite) and drafting and reviewing probity artefacts including probity plans, evaluation plans and evaluation reports. She adopts a proactive, personable and client-focused approach aimed at fostering positive outcomes. Through experience across private and in-house Government legal and consulting work, including legal, probity and commercial advising, Krissy has developed a practical and pragmatic approach to help clients achieve their outcomes.

  • Department of Home Affairs

    Probity adviser to the Department of Home Affairs on numerous procurements high risk high value procurements.

  • Department of Defence

    Probity adviser to Defence on several high profile procurements and other arrangements including divestments and unsolicited proposals.

  • Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water

    Probity adviser to multiple programs including procurements, grants and other types of arrangements. This includes Regional Delivery Partners, Rewiring the Nation, Hydrogen Headstart, Maintaining Our Supply of Diesel Exhaust Fluid, Carbon Farming Outreach, the Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder's procurement of FlowMER2.0, and advising the Oceans Discovery and Restoration program for the Director of National Parks.

    Probity adviser to Finance on the MAS Panel setup and the future procurement for Property Services.

  • Department of Industry, Science and Resources

    Probity adviser to DISR on a number of programs including the National Space Program for Earth Observation
