About Lisa

Lisa advises a variety of local and international developers and private organisations in a broad range of developments matters including residential land and mixed-use apartment precincts. Her residential apartment experience includes both small boutique developments as well as large scale multi-story apartment and mixed use developments including those incorporating hotels, management rights and retail complexities. Lisa advises clients on a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals of development sites and associated due diligence matters, call option agreements, FIRB applications, advice and compliance and owners corporation structuring through to general property matters.

Experience

• Australia108, Word Class Global

  Advising World Class Global on a multitude of complex matters throughout the development project lifecycle of Melbourne’s tallest tower, Australia 108. Lisa has advised on foreign investment review board requirements and compliance, complex management rights agreements, finance agreements, licencing matters, post-registration matters and delivered the day-to-day conveyancing advice throughout the multiple stages of the project.

• Urban DC

  Acting for Urban DC on several projects including boutique developments such as No. 818 Caulfield Residences and No. 308 Carlisle Street and most recently the large-scale apartment project, Horizon. She advises on and negotiates site acquisitions, prepares master contracts and associated documentation for off-the plan sales, assists with negotiations with purchasers and advises on various property and related issues that arise during the life of a project delivered by Urban DC.

• Milieu

  Advising across multiple projects for Milieu who deliver sustainably conscious and designed focused projects. Lisa manages and advises across all level of the development lifecycle including drafting the master contract of sale, owners corporation structuring including the management of shared spaces and general property advice.

• Land Projects

  Acting for a range of private developers on their residential land projects including Koop developments and South Energy, Lisa advises on all matters of the project lifecycle for staged land developments as well as managing the broader project delivery.
