Michael has extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency, including commercial advice and conducting insolvency and securities enforcement litigation. As well as a range of insolvency practitioners, Michael acts for financial institutions, government agencies, corporations and directors.
Michael is a workshop leader for the ARITA insolvency education program. He is also listed as a leading insolvency lawyer in Best Lawyers 2015-2021, Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2019 and recommended in the latest edition of Doyle's Guide for insolvency work.
