About Nadine

Nadine is a property development lawyer who has worked in the development space since 2011. This included a secondment to Grocon’s development in-house legal team. Nadine is fluent in German and proficient in Mandarin, having spent over two years living and studying in China. She has a strong commercial focus with a proven ability to work with key external and internal managers and stakeholders to achieve her clients’ commercial objectives. She is efficient, accurate and comfortable with complexity and her legal advice is practical and precise. Nadine’s experience has been broad and varied and she understands the current challenges facing those dealing in the Australian property market.


  • Tong Eng Group

    Office building acquisitions: Acting on the purchase of multi-tenanted office buildings at Queen Street, Melbourne, St Kilda Road, Melbourne and Lakeside Drive, Burwood, which involved competitive EOIs, complex negotiations and due diligence reporting and financing and FIRB considerations.

  • ID_Land

    Land developments: Working on the ID_Land portfolio, which involves managing the full-service team, dealing with eContract implementation and other project costs saving measures through technology. Her experience has included such things as dealing with GAIC, preparing MCPs/design guidelines, section 173 agreements and other restrictions, preparing pre-sales opinions and certifications, sale of superlots and display village establishment.

  • Grocon

    Build to Rent acquisition: Acting for Grocon in its acquisition of proposed multifamility (build-to-rent) development site of more than 400 apartments for executive-style tenants. This involved comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence reporting on property, development, GST and stamp duty queries.

  • Poly Group

    Residential apartment developments: Acting for Poly in its residential developments at Summit, Doncaster and Lily Garden, Richmond, in which she applied her experience in the many issues and structures associated with apartment development, including the adoption of electronic contracts offerings and implementing other cost saving mechanisms in the contract exchange and settlement phase.

  • Boutique development projects

    Acting for various developers on smaller boutique development projects. Possessing an in-depth understanding of the challenges associated with smaller unique projects, means that Nadine can deliver value to clients through innovation and costs saving measures which would ordinarily be associated with larger projects.
