About Naz

Naz has extensive experience in advising on, drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements for various clients. Due to the wide range of her experience both in-house and in private practice, Naz has developed a succinct and pragmatic approach and is able to fully grasp the nature of the commercial issues facing clients’ businesses and in-house lawyers.

Naz trained in both London and Abu Dhabi, and has experience working for a global corporate law firm in Abu Dhabi and in-house at global media agency, Dentsu Aegis Network. Naz is qualified in the Senior Courts of England and Wales and in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

• Sale of business

  Advising on a range of matters relating to the sale of businesses, including the sale of assets of a logistics company and the sale of a rent roll business.

  Assisting with and drafting all documents relating to the restructure of a business prior to a capital raise.

• Corporations law advice

  Advising clients on directors’ duties, corporate structures, Corporations Act compliance and shareholder disputes.

• Drafting commercial agreements

  Drafting a wide range of commercial agreements including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, trust deeds and supply of services agreements.

• Drafting media agreements

  Drafting, negotiating and advising on complex commercial agreements, including media placements and advertising agreements, sporting rights and sponsorship agreements, marketing activations, tech agreements involving web and UX development, software licensing and creative services agreements.
