Suzette has a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. Her experience ranges from assisting businesses with capital raising activities to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

As a member of our Corporate & Commercial practice group, Suzette routinely acts on corporate transactions and provides corporate governance and general commercial advice.   Advising this eCommerce company on various partnerships and convertible note funding arrangements, and subsequently advising its founders on their exit through the sale of Selz to global online marketplace giant Amazon.

  Advising in respect of its interest in the Vitasoy joint venture in connection with the initial proposed sale of Lion Dairy & Drinks (the other joint venturer) to China Mengniu Dairy and then its ultimate sale to Bega Cheese Ltd.
