  • Property developers

    Advising international and national developers including Mirvac, World Class Land (Australia108 and Avant), AV Jennings, Woodlea and Jubilee in relation to all aspects of land, home and land and apartment marketing and sales, including: trade promotion lottery and innovative mass sales strategies; brand protection, including trademark registration, and advising in relation to brand risking or damaging conduct by competitors and activists; advising on Australian Consumer Law compliance in marketing strategy and collateral development processes; third line forcing and other competition issues; risk based sign off review of electronic, online, print and outdoor marketing, advertising and sales materials and manuals; and privacy, spam, do not call and do not knock compliance.

  • Remedy drinks

    Advising in relation to and executing the international brand protection strategy for this rapidly expanding Australian FMCG business.

  • Fair Work Commission

    Acting on behalf of the Commonwealth Fair Work Commission in relation to procure a new, cloud based, electronic case management system utilising Commonwealth Government endorsed cloud infrastructure services hosting a licensed case-management platform and project management and professional services to implement the FWC eCase Management System using a staged agile approach. Viviane lead the negotiation and drafting team.

  • Swinburne University

    Advising Swinburne University to establish its Swinburne Online joint venture with ASX listed Seek, then to sell down Swinburne’s interest from 50% to 30% for $118 million five years later.

  • Victoria University

    Acting on behalf of Victoria University to negotiate and draft its agreement with Keypath for the development and deployment of Victoria University Online.
