About William
Will specialises in environment and planning law. He has broad experience acting for government and private sector clients on a range of large scale infrastructure projects in the transport, health and energy sectors. His experience includes front-end project approval work, and also enforcement and judicial review proceedings, and compulsory acquisition. In addition, Will has also provided environmental due diligence advice to international clients on major corporate transactions in the forestry, waste, and general property sectors.
Working in New Zealand, Will also advised private sector clients and Māori on recent environmental legislative reform.
