About Natasha
Natasha is an IP litigator and registered trade mark attorney with over 7 years’ experience in IP Litigation in Australia specialising in both patent and trade mark disputes as well as competition and consumer law cases before the Federal Court of Australia.
Natasha has experience advising clients across the lifespan of their intellectual property rights. From advising clients on branding strategy and building their trade mark portfolio to guiding them through the registration process, Natasha has a deep understanding of how best to enforce those rights.
In addition to being involved in several Federal Court proceedings, Natasha has been involved with numerous contentious matters at IP Australia, including running trade mark oppositions and non-use applications.
