Advised Fortitude Investment Partners and the key stakeholders of Birch & Waite on the $300m+ sale to Quadrant Private Equity. We subsequently advised Quadrant on bolt-on acquisitions for Birch & Waite.

Navis Capital portfolio investment

Advised Navis Capital on its platform acquisition of a controlling stake of Software Combined, and the acquisition of three targets as part of an omnibus completion.

Quadrant Private Equity and Jaybro

Advised Jaybro Group, an investment vehicle of Quadrant Private Equity, on all aspects of their growth journey, including their sale to Quadrant Private Equity and more than 10 subsequent transactions.

PAG Asia Pacific acquisition

Advised on the acquisition of a franchise network, Chargrill Charlie’s, into their Craveable Brands portfolio company.

Direct Capital acquisition of Mondiale Freight Services Limited

Advising Direct Capital on the acquisition of its stake in Mondiale Freight Services Limited. We then advised Mondiale Freight Services on its separate acquisition of VISA Global Logistics, creating Mondial VGL, with a combined annual revenue of A$1.2 billion.
