We have acted for major energy retailers and large corporates in long term renewable PPAs, under which they purchase both energy and LGCs. Certainty of supply of Large Scale Generation Certificates (LGCs) to meet their regulatory obligations (energy retailers) and 100% renewable sourced energy (large corporates) is essential.
We have advised extensively over many years for major electricity generators and gentailers (being combined generators and retailers), such as Hydro Tasmania and regulatory advisory work.
We acted for the National Renewables Network (NRN) in partnership with energy retailers, solar battery suppliers and AI technology providers to establish and operate large numbers of solar battery installations across multiple customer sites as a VPP operating in the National Electricity Market.
We act for energy companies and international commodity trading houses on physical and derivative contracts and trades (including under the ISDA contracting framework), and a wide range of energy retail contracts for commercial and industrial customers (including carbon neutral, demand response, spot market pass through energy products/services).
Acting for electricity distributors and their affiliates (e.g. Ausgrid and Plus ES) and large integrated energy companies (e.g. Origin Energy) in respect of their EV offerings.
