Maddocks recognised as one of Australia’s top graduate employers

Maddocks has been recognised as one of Australia’s top graduate employers for 2025 in the annual Top Graduate Employer Rankings, as voted by graduates across the country.

Maddocks was named the top law firm and eighth overall Top Graduate Employer for medium sized intakes (21-70 graduates) in the rankings, released by the Australian Association of Graduate Employees (AAGE), the peak industry body for graduate recruitment.

Now in their thirteenth year, the rankings act as a leading guide to the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce. They are determined entirely from survey feedback from more than 4,100 graduates in their first year of employment at over 220 organisations.
