• 29 April 2025 • 2 min read

Ensure you are running prosecutions as effectively as possible with our new training for in-house prosecutors.

Who is this training for?

This training is for prosecutors across all levels of expertise. Those newer to prosecutions will receive a comprehensive education in all aspects of it, ensuring they are starting their career with a best-in-class understanding of this complex area. Those who are more experienced will receive a refresher, ensuring they are up-to-date with current best practices.

Who will deliver the training?

The training will be delivered by Tara Schultz, Senior Associate at Maddocks. She leads the Compliance & Enforcement practice at Maddocks and manages a variety of prosecution and enforcement matters for local government. Having previously worked for the Office of Public Prosecutions (VIC) and the Australian Federal Police, she has an unmatched understanding of prosecutions.

What will attendees learn?

Our full agenda is outlined below. This 3-day, in-person course combines the Prosecution Fundamentals and Prosecution Masterclass training seminars. Attendees will receive 10 CPD points across all five practice areas.

What is the cost?
